Published by the Substance Abuse Recovery Office in June 2021, the 2019 Surry County Communicable Update Disease document is based off data from the 2019 North Carolina HIV/STD/Hepatitis Surveillance Report.
Tracking Communicable Diseases is well known to be an important part of identifying and tracking key indicators related to Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clients and the overall impact of SUD on the community at large.
